Worse yet, when I had both, I had a difficult time understanding exactly what was required to keep the relationship together while also keeping the passion alive. And before I could even imagine great sex, I had to heal my own sexuality from the inside! After multiple relationships ending in fights and lots of tears (and multiple chapters of starting all over again), I not only learned how unique each relationship is - I also realized…

I faced frustrating hurdle after frustrating hurdle in my young adulthood, hunting down as many of healing modalities, esoteric teachings and transformational experiences as I could. Even though I’d already completed two Tantra trainings, a yoga teacher training in Bali, my Reiki initiation, and was sought after for relationship advice by both close friends and complete strangers, I realized I still had some things to learn.

With the ever changing and challenging landscape of relationships, and especially intercultural relationships (I’ve lived in four countries and had long term visits in countless more), I was determined to find tools that were smart enough to address the complexities we’re faced with in modern love and sex. I even came across wisdom and data that surprised and delighted me and gave me deeper insights into why the tools I use are so effective.

I focused on myself and my own habits in relationships, then figured out exactly what it was I wanted to feel and experience in love. Once I became really clear and deeply attuned to my desires, all my relationships started to change for the better.

I now live in Mexico with the love of my life and while it isn’t without it’s challenges, because no relationship with between growth oriented people ever is, it is full of passionate love, ever-deepening pleasure, mutual growth, boundless creativity, more understanding and strong spirit which blossoms my heart open more and more, every day.

All of this is a result of refinement and application of the tools, data and wisdom accumulated over the years that I also get to share with my clients in every retreat. Instead of this taking years to learn and master, I offer solutions and support to each couple based on their own precise needs in order to lessen the experience of frustration and enhance the quality of their love lives for years to come.

Tantric Immersion

Tantra is an ancient practice that can help you experience deeper levels of connection, intimacy, and pleasure. It is a combination of philosophy, science and ritual that has been used for millennia to enhance people’s ability to connect and experience ecstatic states. Through the use of Tantric rituals and practices such as couples & individual meditations, embodiment exercises, breathwork, energy work and sensual massage it is possible to open up new pathways in the brain and body allowing you to access higher states of consciousness. From there, you begin to relate and experience relationships from a more elevated and satisfying perspective.

Communicate to Liberate

We explore what it looks like to be in emotional attunement with your partner, how to empathize and create a safe space for both of you to express yourselves authentically. I will also teach you tools for self-care and connection that can help bring trust and intimacy back into the relationship, creating the foundation for more liberating and expansive experiences. Most people are seeking the best sex of their lives but haven’t created the profound, intimate understanding of one another required to create the stable and secure container where true freedom and bliss begins. We take a look at what’s happening outside of the bedroom in order to enhance the potential of what happens between the sheets.

Modern Sexology

We start with Tantra and we expand from there, because getting your needs met requires a unique look at your development and desires in order to paint the full picture of an erotically satiated and radiating you! Using a series of completed questionnaires, we mastermind the techniques and experiences that best suit your couple, from flirting to foreplay to lovemaking and beyond. This is also a time for exploring what turns you on and getting creative in bridging any of your differences with my experience and support as the guide.
