Week 01
Tantric Philiosophy & Science
An introduction to the philosophy and science behind tantra and the transcendental experiences once can invoke through creating Tantric Ritual in their relationships and lives. This module will help you understand why Tantra is such a powerful healing modality for your love life and what Western science is beginning to realize about the interconnected nature of all sentient life, along with research-backed theories and exercises for making the most of our time together here on Planet Earth.
Week 02
Daily Rituals For Connection
Rituals, or habits, are proven to support creating change successfully in any area of our lives. In Tantra, we use ritual for connection and activation to prime our bodies, minds and souls for enhanced relating and intimacy. In this module, I explain the importance of ritual, how to implement it daily in easy ways and offer a variety of rituals to integrate into your relationship practices, along with education on what each ritual is beneficial for.
Week 03
Communication To Breakthrough
Before we can get anywhere near healing and creating a divine connection in our relationships, we need to learn the art of effective and empathetic communication. In this module, I discuss the importance of emotional attunement, the ability to empathize with your partner and give you tools to begin developing these skills which will impact all of your relationships positively, for a lifetime.
Week 04
Breathwork & Emotional Repair
Most people come into relationships with patterns and perceptions of others that are majoritively shaped by their past relationships and experiences. Sometimes, these experiences are traumatic, painful, scary and/or emotionally distressing. When we are seeking out growth in the way relate, one of the most important steps is to acknowledge when, where and how we've experienced pain in the past which has shut us down so we can compassionately open up and transform it into wisdom and embodied communication. While this is not a simple or quick process, this module works as a great starter guide to working with the past pains that are holding us back in our current relationships so we can break free of them and experience life in the current moment with more freedom and faith, together.
Week 05
Tantric Arousal & Intimacy Rituals
The process and experience of arousal is much more comprehensive in Tantra than what most Westerners have been led to believe sexual arousal involves. This module shares the differences as well as how we can make achievable adjustments to our relating dynamics in order to experience more profound and expansive physical intimacy. Learn how men and women differ vastly in their intimate needs and desires and prevent and transform the confusion and hurt feelings that come along with fumbling your way through the discovery process.
Week 06
Erotic Massage
Have you ever wondered why some women orgasm more easily than others, what physiological things occur in our sexual centers that may be getting in the way of deeper lovemaking experiences and how connected our energy truly is to our sense of pleasure and libido? Learn how to lovingly heal, transform and create more pleasure with your sexual energy in this module focused exclusively on erotic massage and healing.
Week 07
Stroke The Fire: Sexual Energy Skills
The foundation of Tantric Sexuality is a regulated energy body. In this module we work with the sexual and spiritual energy bodies in order to understand how they interact with and are connected to our physical bodies and physical experiences of pleasure. We will also explore the concepts of energetic orgasms and the system of Kundalini Tantra.
Week 08
Practical Tantric Sexuality
How the practical aspects of tantra support the expansive, blissful and ecstatic experiences that are written about is the intersection that most people don't fully understand. How does tantric sex look and feel different from ordinary sex? How do we go from a fast food sex life to a Michelin star five course meal, and beyond, in the bedroom? How do we experience extended orgasms or overcome rapid ejaculation? In this module, we cover what's involved in creating and maintaining a Tantric approach to our sex life, whether we have three hours a week or 20 (or more!).
